Buea Has the Talent. Now It Needs the Infrastructure.
Buea is home to one of Cameroon's most dynamic youth populations — driven by the presence of the University of Buea and a growing entrepreneurial culture. But the city lacks the dedicated infrastructure that turns ambition into viable businesses: co-working space, structured mentorship, access to tools and training.
The Buea Youth Innovation Hub was designed to fill that gap. It's not just a facility — it's a complete ecosystem that gives young entrepreneurs the space, knowledge, networks, and support they need to build something that lasts.

The Innovation Hub serves youth aged 18–30 in Buea and the broader South West Region — with a focus on university students, recent graduates, and early-stage entrepreneurs. Applications are open and free, with priority given to applicants from underserved communities.
The Hub is a project of the Future Leaders Academy programme and operates in partnership with the University of Buea and local business associations. Graduates of the hub's training cohorts also gain preferential access to MCYCF's broader network and microgrant opportunities.
