"The entrepreneurship training helped me launch my fashion business and employ two people. MCYCF didn't just give me skills — they gave me belief in what's possible."
Since 2019, every program we've run, every tree we've planted, and every entrepreneur we've trained has contributed to a measurable, growing body of change across three regions.
Each program has its own story of change — here's the detailed breakdown of what's been achieved across all three.
Youth leadership and civic engagement since 2019
Women's economic empowerment since 2020
Environmental conservation since 2021
Impact is most real when it has a name and a face. Here are the people behind the numbers.
"The entrepreneurship training helped me launch my fashion business and employ two people. MCYCF didn't just give me skills — they gave me belief in what's possible."
"The leadership academy transformed my confidence and opened scholarship opportunities I never thought I could reach. I now mentor younger students from my community."
"I watched our community come together to plant trees on land that was bare just months ago. That's not a project — that's a movement. MCYCF made it possible."

50,000+ trees planted restoring degraded landscapes and building community climate resilience around Mount Cameroon.
Multi-sector partnerships with NGOs, universities, local councils, and private sector organisations amplifying programme reach.
MCYCF began in Buea's South West Region and has since expanded into the Littoral and Centre Regions of Cameroon — reaching communities across the country's economic and political heartlands.
Our deepest roots remain in the South West, where the majority of our programmes operate. Expansion into Littoral and Centre reflects growing demand and strategic partnerships with local organisations in Douala and Yaoundé.
We publish annual impact reports to keep donors, partners, and communities informed about how we use resources and what we achieve.
